IMAP/POP3 Email Connector

The IMAP/POP3 Connector offers maximum flexibility by supporting virtually any email service—custom domains, less common providers, or private mail servers. Instead of limiting you to mainstream mailboxes, this connector uses standard email protocols (IMAP or POP3) to read and extract invoices from designated mailboxes. With proper filtering (by subject line, sender, or attachment type), you can integrate all invoice emails into Payouts.com, centralizing financial data and enabling fully automated payouts.

Steps:

1. Open Email Connectors Section:
2. Go to Settings > Email Connectors in Payouts.com.
3. Select IMAP/POP3 Connector:
4. Choose “IMAP/POP3 Connector” from the list.
5. Enter Mail Server Details:
6. Provide your email server’s IMAP or POP3 host, port, SSL/TLS settings, and login credentials. This information is typically available from your email provider or IT admin.
7. Configure Filters & Criteria:
8. Define rules to detect invoices—for instance, scan emails with “Invoice” in the subject or attachments with .pdf filenames that match invoice patterns.
9. Save & Start Fetching:
10. Once saved, the connector periodically checks your mailbox, parsing and importing newly detected invoices into Payouts.com’s workflow.
