The Outlook Connector integrates your Microsoft Outlook or Office 365 mailbox with Payouts.com. By linking your account, the connector continuously monitors inbound email traffic for invoice documents, vendor statements, or financial attachments. Identified invoices are parsed and imported directly into Payouts.com’s workflows—streamlining accounts payable operations, minimizing human error, and ensuring timely payouts. This integration supports various Outlook folders, custom rules, and filtering criteria to capture relevant financial emails automatically.

Steps:

  1. Open Email Connectors in Payouts.com:
  2. Go to Settings > Email Connectors and select “Outlook Connector.”
  3. Authenticate with Outlook/Office 365:
  4. Sign in with your Microsoft credentials. Grant the necessary read permissions for invoice retrieval.
  5. Define Filtering Rules:
  6. Set up filters based on sender addresses, subjects containing “Invoice” or “Statement,” or specific vendor domains. You can also limit the search to particular folders like “Invoices” or “Payables.”
  7. Confirm Settings & Save:
  8. Review your configuration. Once saved, the connector starts scanning your Outlook inbox and automatically imports invoice data into Payouts.com.
  9. Monitor & Adjust as Needed:
  10. Check the Transactions or Invoices section in Payouts.com to verify that new invoices from Outlook are arriving as expected. Adjust filters anytime to refine results.
